A sea facing double-storey self-catering holiday home, situated close to the beach in Kleinkrantz, Wilderness. Great for friends and family, also pet-friendly!

Kleinkrantz Holiday House is a well-appointed home, featuring five bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a lounge area with full package DStv, two indoor dining areas and a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a washing machine. There is a beautiful sheltered swimming pool area with sunloungers, table and chairs plus mountain views and built in BBQ Braai. On the opposite side of the house is a lovely sea facing deck with built in BBQ Braai and seating arrangements.

This house offers uncapped wifi, alarm system and outdoor shower. Ample on-site, undercover parking.

Enticing things to do in and around the area include swimming, surfing, fishing, hang gliding off the sand dunes and long beach walks. There is also ample shops and restaurants nearby.

Spa: Spa treatments available on-site or at the property next door.

Wedding Venues: Ideal to stay if getting married on the beach.

Family friendly: Welcome children of all ages - the swimming pool has a safety net.

Covid Safety Approved: Self-isolation house prepared according to FEDHASA guidelines. Staff trained on Covid preparedness i.e hand hygiene, social distancing, wearing masks. Clean and sanitize before and after each guest stays. Complimentary sanitizer for guest use.

- This property is cleaned and sanitized before every guest arrival as per the correct cleaning protocols. Complimentary sanitizer is provided at the property for guests use, please bring additional with.

- Linen and bath towels are provided. Please bring own beach/swimming towels with.
- No loud music or noise after 22h00, please respect neighbours.
- Pets upon request, subject to owner confirmation. T&Cs apply.
- No smoking indoors, please discard of cigarettes in astray provided and not on the patio, gardens or down toilets.
- R 2000 as breakages deposit before check-in.
- R 200 in cash upon check-in for late check-in fee if arriving after 18h00.
- A cleaning surcharge will be charged should the tenants not leave the property in reasonable condition for occupation or if check-out happens later than the specified time.
- R 1000 as post-departure cleaning fee before check-in.
- Housekeeping is an optional extra, subject to availability upon request.
- The balance of the booking, cleaning fee and breakage deposit is required before check-in.
