This is a beautiful three bedroomed house and can accommodate up to six guests. It is a great choice for a group of friends or family taking a little trip to Arniston. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The other two bedrooms have two single beds in each room. There is an extra bathroom. An outside braai and enclosed yard are included. There is a fireplace in the house. Pets are welcome. One garage is included. DSTV - Bring own decoder and smart card. Dish not compatible for PVR decoders. Bring own Towels. Bedding provided. Arnisto

Important Information
Booking administration fee of R25 must be added to the deposit.
Deposit must be paid within 48 hours.
No booking will be confirmed unless the full deposit amount has been cleared by the bank.
You will take full responsibility for all breakages, damages or losses during your period of rent, whether by occupants or your guests.
You use the premises and all equipment at your own risk and I will not hold Etna's Accommodation or the home owners responsible for any losses or damages during your stay.
You further understand that if you exceed the permitted number of tenants (children included), or cause a disturbance by having loud parties, you will be required to vacate the property immediately!
No loud parties are allowed.
No 21'st or matric parties aloud.
Only permitted number of people (children included) are allowed per property.
If you exceed this number, you will be asked to vacate the property immeadiately.

No refund for shortened stays.

How to find the office to pick up the key. Address of office: 14 Fifth Avenue, Arniston. Follow the Etna's Office signs. First one just past the 60km/h sign.
