Important Information

A deposit of 100% of the Total Reservation Value is required to confirm a booking.
Payment of any outstanding accounts accrued during a stay are to be paid prior to departure.
Refunds of Deposit Payments - Any refunds of deposit payments resulting from a cancellation will be paid within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of the reservation departure date.
Right of admission - the right of admission to Kingfisher's Song Guesthouse and the right to terminate a reservation is reserved by Kingfisher's Song Guesthouse.
In the event that Kingfisher's Song Guesthouse applies the right to terminate a reservation, in full or in part, Kingfisher's Song Guesthouse has the right to retain and/or to pay any part of the outstanding Total Reservation Value.
Reservation Confirmation - A reservation is only confirmed when payment has been received by Kingfisher's Song Guesthouse Amendments to Reservations - In the event that a confirmed reservation is amended in respect of the length of stay and/or type of accommodation and/or services and any subsequent amendments received prior to the date of arrival, Kingfisher's Song Guesthouse reserves the right to revise any discounts quoted in the Reservation Confirmation and/or to cancel the reservation in total or in part and/or charge a cancellation fee.
