50% Non-Refundable Deposit upon confirmation. Your booking is only secured once payment has been received.
Balance is due 1 month prior to arrival, failure to pay on or before this date could result in the release of booking.
If arrival date is less than 1-month check-in date, then 100% non-refundable payment will be required.
Cancellation of booking 2 months before arrival will be fully refunded.
Once you have confirmed via e-mail, we will provide you with the banking details to make your EFT (electronic funds transfer). Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received. (parking at own risk, please remove all valuables).

You will return your key to Key West Receptionist between 09h00 and 10h00 (early departures by prior arrangements
