Unfortunately we were unaware of the state of the roads both accessing and exiting Soebatsfontein. Not ideal for anyone without a 4x4 caravan. We suffered quite a bit of damage to the van on the way there and were glad to have a 4x4 bakkie to get out.

We had great night walk and good reptile sightings in the evenings. Great place and friendly hosts. In a beautiful and peaceful area

What a beautiful farm inside the Namaqua National Park Borders! One of the last private farms remaining with basic but adequate and comfortable facilities. Virtually dessert and extremely dry with pitch-black starry skies and quite evenings this place helps one to get centered and grounded again. I’ll definitely return!
