The Home Apartment can accommodate two guests and comprises a bedroom, bathroom, an open-plan kitchenette, dining area and a living area. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. The kitchenette is equipped with a bar fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, sink, cutlery and crockery. The living area has a dining table with seating for two, a comfortable couch, a flat-screen TV with Netflix and there is a private patio and garden with outdoor furniture and a Weber braai.

The Retro Bachelor Apartment has an open-plan layout. It has a queen-size bed, a lounge area with a TV, a dining table, a kitchenette and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There are heating and dining facilities, a two-plate gas stove, microwave and a bar fridge in the kitchenette. Guests have access to a private garden area.
