Important Information

Persons occupying the guesthouse rooms may not exceed the number of persons indicated upon booking.

Please leave the guesthouse reasonably tidy and clean after use.

Out of respect for all guests, noise must be kept down to a comfortable level and we request that there be relative silence in the house between 22h00 to 08h00.

Please keep furniture, fixtures and fittings in the same state of repair and condition as at the beginning of your stay. In event of any damage to furniture of fittings, you may be held liable for the replacement value or repair costs.

We reserve the right to eject guest/guests from the guesthouse if they are not conducting themselves in an appropriate and/ or acceptable manner to the building and / or other residents and staff.

We will not be held liable for any loss, theft or damage of any personal belongings, cash, jewelry and / or motor vehicles, however caused, during your stay at the guesthouse.

The proprietor, its agents and / or its employees shall not be liable for any injury, loss, theft or damage suffered by a guest/s on the premises, irrespective of whether such result arises from any willful, negligent or grossly negligent act or omission on the part of the proprietor, its agents and/or its employees. The guest/s hereby indemnifies Jeffrey’s Bay Beach House against any claims arising from any injury, loss theft or damage suffered by them on the premises. Guests enter at own risk.
