This establishment is NOT SUITABLE for hosting any Parties or New Years Parties. We have a strict adherence to noise levels after 22h00 in consideration of fellow guest and neighbours in the residential area. Minimum of 5 Nights over December Holidays in all units! Bed Linen is changed every 4th day and towels every 2nd day as required. Strictly Non Refundable December Deposit Policy. Breakage Deposit may be levied in all Self Catering Units equivalent to one-night stay and will be refunded within three business days after checkout. T & C's apply.
