Surfer's Watch is a 5 bedroom house with an open plan living area 100m from the ocean. Surfer's Watch is a 5 bedroom house with an open plan living area 100m from the ocean. The house is situated in Santareme, St Francis Bay; only 300m (a 450m walk) from the Granny's Pool beach and 150m from Bruce's Beauties Surf Spot.

The house has a magnificent balcony on the second floor with views across the bay and the two main surf spots.

The house is decorated with beautiful photography, hard wood furniture and has a light and airy holiday atmosphere. There is a large and varied library, games for the children/family, two DSTV connections and Wifi. Bicycles are available on request. The house also has a washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher.

The ground floor living area is open plan (lounge, kitchen and dining room), and the lounge is air-conditioned.

The house sleeps nine guests and comprises five bedrooms, two full bathrooms, one shower room as well as a separate guest toilet.

The first floor consists of:
• the master bedroom with a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, an en-suite bathroom with a corner bath, shower, toilet and two basins as well as air conditioning, a television with dstv and sliding doors on two sides leading to the balcony;
• the second bedroom has two single beds as well as a sliding door to the balcony as well;
• the third bedroom has a queen size bed and two sliding doors to the balcony; and
• the family bathroom with a shower, basin, bath and toilet.

The fourth bedroom is on the ground floor and has a queen-size bed with an en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet). The fifth bedroom is also on the lower floor and has a single bed. This room can also be used as a study.

The kitchen is the heart of the house and is fully stocked with all the kitchen appliances necessary for a holiday: a stove, microwave, oven, fridge and loads of small appliances. The dining area has a dining table with seating for eight. The lounge area has sofas, air conditioning and a slow wood burning oven.

The age of guests is limited due to the steep stairs and widely spaced rails at the balcony on the second floor. Guests with young children have already stayed on the ground floor, but this is at guests' own discretion.

This house is ideal for holiday living for a large family, or families, and has everything you need, including towels and linen, for your holiday.

Please note that the house is not serviced although this can be arranged at your expense.
