The JAK Strydom Private Nature Reserve is situated 10 km downstream from Aliwal North, on the banks of the Orange River. This exclusive malaria-free private game reserve offers 1,000 hectares of indigenous beauty, just 15 minutes away from the Riverside Lodge.
Our self-catering lodge can accommodate up to 20 people. View 21 species, including rare wildlife such as buffalo, giraffe, bontebok, tsessebe, njala, gemsbok, waterbuck, eland, zebra, and kudu from your veranda.
The reserve also offers an abundance of bird life.
