This self-catering apartment is 100m from the beach. It sleeps four adults and two children. It has a view of Table Mountain from the balcony. (No sea view)
The unit has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, DStv, wifi and a balcony with a braai. We have safe parking for one vehicle. Unit is on the first floor (no lift).
Guests visiting the area can enjoy peaceful walks along the beautiful sandy beach or indulge at one of the many local restaurants.

Ideal family unit, fully equipped for children. Books and toys available and a camping cot on request.
Have the necessary permit and follow all the guidelines provided by government to ensure safety of guests.

CONDUCT RULES;
Due to strict rules from the body corporate no groups of young adults or students are allowed.
The other occupants of the complex must ALWAYS be considered. No loud music or parties allowed at the complex or any other behaviour that is disturbing the other occupants of the complex.
No extra guests are allowed unless you have notified Heloise.
No extra parking in complex.
No smoking in unit or passages of complex.
If the guests do not adhere to these rules they will be asked to leave without any refunds.
