Important Information
50% (fifty percent) of the total amount due is payable directly upon reservation. The reservation will only be confirmed as a booking once proof of payment of the above mentioned 50% has been received per email in the form of a bank proof of payment document. The balance of the payment is due by or on the date of arrival of the guest/tenant. No keys for any accommodation will be handed over to any guest/tenant until this balance of payment has been received.
