Ipanema 3 is situated in the small seaside town of St Michaels On Sea, on the south coast. This beautifully decorated self-catering unit can accommodate six people comfortably and is only 400 m from the St Michaels swimming beach. This lovely unit has three bedrooms and an open-plan lounge, with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The lounge has a TV with a DStv decoder, but guests will need to bring their own smart card. The unit also has a lovely balcony with braai and patio set. There is a fence around the complex, as well as undercover parking.St Michaels

Important Information
There is a breakage deposit of R 1000 which has to be paid into a separate account, and which will be refunded 30 working days after departure, plus once off R 500 Administrative fee which is non-refundable. An email of how to pay the breakage deposit will be sent to you once the 50 percent deposit amount has been paid to SafariNow and the booking is secured. Once the breakage deposit has been paid, an email will be sent as to where to pick up the keys for your unit. Thank you for your understanding.
