IOS in Arniston is a three-bedroom, two bathroom house comprising a double-bed in each room. An additional bunk-bed is available in one of the rooms.The main feature of this house is the enclosed courtyard with a portable braai. Bedding is provided, however, please bring your own bath and beach towels. Aunty Neeltjie comes in every morning to service the house so put your feet up and relax. You will take full responsibility for all breakages, damages or losses during your period of rent, whether by occupants or your guests.
You use the premises and all equipment at your own risk and I will not hold Etna's Accommodation or the homeowners responsible for any losses or damages during your stay.
You further understand that if you exceed the permitted number of tenants (children included), or cause a disturbance by having loud parties, you will be required to vacate the property immediately!
No loud parties are allowed.
