About Impodimo Game Lodge

Impodimo Game Lodge is set along a rocky ridge commanding stunning vistas of the reserve. It is also located at the source of a natural spring, which provides the lodge with elevated views as well as riverine serenity. The lodge offers dawn and dusk safaris. The safaris are carefully timed to ensure optimal seasonal comfort.

Impodimo has 10 suites, each have been carefully positioned to ensure absolute privacy. Spacious in design, each includes a closed system fireplace, climate control air conditioner, mini bar fridge, tea & coffee making facilities and full en-suite bathroom and outside shower. Your private deck allows uninterrupted views of the Madikwe Game Reserve.

Impodimo is the first lodge in Madikwe Game Reserve to have qualified Shangaan trackers as part of the team. This adds a different dimension to the safari experience ensuring consistent big game sightings.

Safari: Rise in the morning to an African dawn and enjoy an early game drive with your dedicated professional ranger. Relax as your ranger guides you through the bush on a custom made open Landrover, searching out the Big 5 or the smaller secrets of nature.

Spa: Massages of your choice enjoyed in the privacy of your own room.

Family friendly: Educational 'Brat pack' for children on arrival. Kiddies activities in the kiddies room with a TV and DVD player. Arts and crafts, biscuit decorating, kiddies bumble for children under the age of 6 years.

Romantic: Romantic turn down service, and private dinners are available.

Impodimo is a fantastic lodge and we very much enjoyed our stay there. The service was very pleasant and the facilities were great. We also very much liked the game drives. The tracker - Patrik - was truly a man of the bush: extremely knowledgeable and a very good observer. Thanks to him and our ranger - Wayne - we were able to see many sights we had never seen before. We would like to extend a big heartfelt 'thank you' to both of them.
