Important Information

A reservation is regarded as binding once it has been confirmed. Confirmation can be given orally or in writing, for example by e-mail. You and Ilawu are then regarded as having agreed a contract. Ilawu bears no responsibility for conditions or events that occur outside the establishment. Ilawu bears no liability for the guest or the guests’ belongings regarding injury, damage or loss. We as Ilawu will work to the best of our ability to insure that our guests and their belongings are safe and secure,however the guest is responsible for his/her belongings.
The accommodation price includes a continental or full English breakfast. If you cancel your reservation outside the cancellation time limit Ilawu Bed and Breakfast is entitled to retain the deposit fee. The accommodation will be cleaned daily even if the guest stays longer than a day. Towels are regarded as dirty if found on the floor.

The accommodation has to be paid cash in advance or on arrival to the host. Cheque payments to be paid 7 days prior to the arrival date. An Identity document will be required when paying by credit card. Government order or accommodation voucher should be faxed to the B&B or produced on arrival.

We recommend that the guest confirm directly with the host about 24 hours in advance of arrival. Guests are expected to arrive by 22.00 on the check-in date. Should guest plan to arrive later than 22.00, the guest or the agent must notify us. If you are staying for an indefinite period and extend your stay by a day at a time, you should notify your departure no later than 12.00 on the previous evening, otherwise you will be charged for an extra night.
