Breakage deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is charged to every booking.this amount is payable in cash or by EFT prior to check in. The deposit will be refunded within 5 business days following checkout provided no damages to the property took place.
Housekeeping (excl laundry services)
Please be advised that the unit will be cleaned prior to arrival and upon departure.
Additional cleaning is available by prior arrangement at a rate of R240 per day.
Laundry services
A washing machine, tumble dryer and iron is available for use at the unit.
Should you require a domestic helper to perform the washing and ironing tasks for you, this service is available by prior arrangement at a rate of R240 per day
Parking
Please note that only 1 secured basement parking bay is allocated to your booking. Additional vehicles and visitors need to be parked in the Port village visitors parking bays located outside the basement entry gate.
Beach Towels
Please note that no beach towels are provided.
Guests are not permitted to remove bath towels from the unit.
Access Keys
Please note that only one set of keys to the apartment is provided.
Baby Essentials
For your convenience, baby essentials hamper can be rented at a daily rate of R200.
This hamper includes the following:
- Standard sized camp cot
- Mattress, fitted sheet and baby blanket
- Feeding high chair
- Plastic dinnerware set incl. 2 bowls, 2 plates, 2 spoons, 1 fork, 2 cups

House Rules
Please take note of the following house rules:
• I’île de Port is a NON-SMOKING unit. Please refrain from smoking inside the unit at any time.
Should you wish to smoke, please feel free to do so on the balconies or patio outside.
• Please be aware that I’île de Port is part of a sectional title complex situated on the water which amplifies sound. Please be considerate towards our neighbours with regards to music volume and adherence to the NO NOISE after 12 pm body corporate rule.
• You will notice lift access doors on each level of the unit. Please be advised that this is a PRIVATE KEY-OPERATED LIFT which is not available for your use. Kindly please refrain from calling the lift to any level.
