Property may accommodate 2 children under 12 years old using existing beds, the hotel will charge an extra cost per child. consider that there is no capacity for extra beds in the room, and only Ocean Front rooms may have this accommodation. Please contact the hotel for more information. Please note that no ATM machines are available at Isabela Island and that not all businesses accept credit cards. Guests are recommended to bring cash for their expenses. Additional controls are needed to travel to the Galapagos Islands so guests should make sure to arrive at the airport in advance. Upon arrival to airports at Galapagos, guests are required to pay an entrance fee to the Galapagos National Park (cash only USD 100). Upon arrival to Isabela Island guests are required to pay a cash only entrance fee per person (USD 10 or 5). Keep the ticket with you all time you will need to show at Isabela´s airport or pier. Please note that Starting October 15, 2013 any passenger who travels without TCC will need to return to continental land immediately. Please access www.gobiernogalapagos.gob.ec for a preregistration process. Fill out and submit the form. Guests must show their passport at the “Consejo de Gobierno” Counter 2 hours before departure in order to obtain the TCC. Please note due to bank's new policy, the hotel will not accept old, scratched or damaged dollar bills.An agent from You Rent Properties will be in contact once a reservation is finalized to gather additional required information. Please note a copy of the guest's credit card and driver's license is needed to process payment. A valid government id card of the same person will be required to complete the check-in processes. POLICY_CHILDREN All children are welcome. Up to two children under 12 years are charged USD 62 per night when using existing beds. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
