Five well-equipped and flexibly-furnished business rooms for up to 70 delegates. Packages are custom made to clients and can include: Venue, Data Projector, White Screen, Flip Chart, Pens, notebooks, Mineral water, mints and different dining options.

Important Information
We require a 50% deposit to secure a booking with full payment on the day of arrival at the property.
INCLUSIONS & EXCLUSIONS
Includes: Accommodation, teas/coffees and breakfast.
Excludes: All drinks, laundry, telephone calls, transfers, gratuities and other personal expenses.
Tourism levy: No levies are charged at present
OPTIONAL EXTRAS
Site Seeing, Game Drives and Ocean Safari options.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. All rates are in South African Rands and include VAT.
2. Children are welcome at Ibhayi.
3. Children are considered to be under the age of 12, and child rate applies when sharing with two adults. Children under 12 years are charged R100 per night, children 12 - 17 years are charged R200 per night.
4. Pilots, driver, guides and tour leader rates may vary but will not exceed R500.00 per night per person.
5. Please note that all guests will be required to sign an indemnity form on arrival.
6. Ibhayi reserves the right to limit the number of reduced rate requests as may apply to drivers, pilots.
7. Ibhayi reserves it right to admit any guests/s and furthermore retains the right to have any guest/s removed whose behaviour impacts negatively on other guests and / or staff.
