HQ Accommodation

Important Information

1. Rent is payable strictly in advance on or before the last day of the current month. No exceptions will be made
2. Notice of continued residence for the next month must be given to HQ Accommodation 7 days before the end of the current month to secure accommodation
3. Please ensure that your room is kept clean and tidy. If you require cleaning services, this will be an additional fee
4. Bathroom facilities must be left in the same condition as found.
5. All unnecessary lights must be switched off
6. In the interest of energy and water conservation, consider a short shower before bathing. This is also to ensure that all other guests have enough hot water
7. Valuables are your own responsibility, please ensure safe storage. Also ensure that your vehicle is locked at all times and the alarm activated. HQ Accommodation takes no responsibility for any loss or damage of valuables
8. No additional electrical equipment may be utilised in the rooms without permission from HQ Accommodation. Phone and lap top chargers are welcome
9. No pets allowed
10. The room may only be occupied by the above individual
11. Noise levels must be kept down. If it can be heard outside your room, it is too loud! This includes consideration when entering and leaving the premises in your vehicle. There are shift workers at HQ Accommodation and we would like you all to feel comfortable and have a good rest
12. Meals are available at an additional charge. 24 hours notice needs to be given if no previous agreement
13. No smoking is allowed inside HQ Accommodation. Use designated areas and ashtrays
14. You will be charged for any loss or damage to HQ Accommodation property
15. Use only designated parking assigned to you
16. Keys are issued, any loss of keys is considered a security risk for you and other guests and needs to be reported ASAP. Replacement of the keys and/ or locks will be for your account.
