House Cherry is uniquely located in the best area of Hout Bay overlooking the sea. It sits above the world-famous Chapman’s Peak Drive, tucked into the mountainside. House Cherry consists of private self-catering suites with private and secure entrances. The suites are smoke and pet free and have glorious views of the bay and Sentinel Mountain. House Cherry consists of private self-catering suites with private and secure entrances. The suites are smoke and pet free and have glorious views of the bay and Sentinel Mountain. The suites have natural stone bathrooms with a double basin and a luxurious bath and shower. We also offer complimentary shampoo and creams, slippers and gowns to be used and left in the suites.

In winter we have wall heaters, gowns, an electric blanket and hot water bottles. There are down duvets and plenty of blankets. The curtains are blackout lined in accordance with four-star requirements. The bedrooms are spacious with a king-size bed, cotton sheets and down duvets.

The unit has a dining area, sitting area, kitchenette, DStv, Internet connection, a welcome basket, a safe, a hairdryer and dimmer light switches. The kitchens are well equipped with all your self-catering needs. Hot water is Solar heated and there are laundry facilities, an ice machine, an extra fridge, a pizza oven and a braai in the pool room.

House Cherry is surrounded by wide verandas and two pools; one main pool and a little plunge pool next to the suite. The gorgeous views extend right up to the edge of the pool and guests can relax with cold drinks from the pool bar while lounging in the water.

The garden is spectacular and there are various Zen-inspired areas and a labyrinth to wander around or sit in to reflect.
