About Houdconstant Guest Farm
Houdconstant is situated between Graaff-Reinet and Murraysburg on the R63. The homestead was built before 1786, when Graaff-Reinet got its town status, and has been farmed by the McNaughton family for the last 15 years. There is a rich McNaughton history in the Graaff-Reinet area, having been farming here since the 1800s.We farm extensively with geelbek merino sheep; some of the best mutton that you will ever taste.
