If your arrival date is on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, you will receive check-in instructions from Hotel Arkad via email after booking. Hotell Arkad requires that the credit card holder’s name matches the guest’s name on the booking confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Between 21 - 24 June and 23 December - 2 January, no breakfast or cleaning service is available. The reception will have limited opening hours. Guests booking during these dates will receive an email with further information. Cots and extra beds are subject to availability.
