A damage deposit of CAD 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that Hotel Visitel does not have a lift. There are 4 floors and rooms are accessible by stairs only. All of the rooms with external shared bathrooms are located on the 4th floor with no lift.
Please note that housekeeping takes place every 2 days.
