If you don’t show up you will be charged the total price of the reservation. Please note that the house has no lift. If you wish to stay on a lower floor please contact the hotel in advance. Guests arriving outside the official check-in time are kindly asked to contact the property in advance in order to arrange the check-in. Please note that the reception is open from 14:00 - 20:00 from Monday to Friday and from 12:00 - 19:00 on Saturday and from 18:00 - 20:00 on Sunday. If you arrive outside these hours, you can find your keys in the key box at the reception. The property will send you further instructions and the code for the key box after booking. POLICY_CHILDREN All children are welcome. All children under 3 years are charged CHF 20 per person per night for children's cots/cribs. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. All children from 3 to 12 years are charged CHF 20 per person per night when using existing beds. The maximum number of children's cots/cribs in a room is 1. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
