According to Colombian law, foreign visitors with a Tourist Visa, Andean Card or Mercosur Card and residents living abroad, that in both cases stay less than 90 days in Colombia, or present at the hotel their Passport or documents that accredit the Entrance and Permanence Permit PT, PID, POA according to the new regulation, are exempt from paying the tax. Those who do not comply with these requirements, must pay the tax (19%) directly at the hotel; therefore, it is essential to present the Passport and the Migration certificate at the time of check in. For Colombian residents, the VAT tax (19%) is included in the rate. If the Colombian nationality is not specified in the reservation, the VAT will be charged directly at the hotel without exceptions.

The rates do not include hotel insurance, which must be paid per person, per night directly at the hotel.
