According to Colombian law, foreign visitors with a Tourist Visa, Andean Card or Mercosur Card and residents living abroad, that in both cases stay less than 90 days in Colombia, or present at the hotel their Passport or documents that accredit the Entrance and Permanence Permit PT, PID, POA according to the new regulation, are exempt from paying the tax.
