Late arrival after 23:00 will be charged at an additional EUR 25 per reservation. Late check-out will be charged at the full daily rate of the given room category. If you bring a pet, there is an additional cleaning fee of EUR 10. Please that only one pet is permitted per room. If you expect to travel with more than one pet, please contact Hotel Eden am Zoo directly. Please note that guests who do not have Kabel Deutschland compatible products may experience difficulties connecting to the internet. Please note that for check-in you need a form of identification (with a photo) as well as the credit card used to make the booking.
