Please note that accommodation at Altes Haus is split between 2 buildings. The buildings are just 50 metres apart. WiFi is only available in the main building.
Please also note with a high number of bookings, guests will be accommodated in the second building, 50 metres from the main building.
Although smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel, the apartments and restaurant, it is permitted on the balconies and terraces.
If you booked an apartment, please contact the hotel in advance to arrange the hand-over of keys.
Payment for the apartments must be made by arrival.
Please also note that a late arrival after 21:00 cannot be guaranteed and must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance before your expected arrival by the accommodation. If you intend to arrive after 21:00, you must contact the accommodation in advance to get the code for the key safe.
