Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests must contact the hotel in advance if you are planning on arriving after 18:00 Contact details can be found in the booking confirmation email. Parking tokens are available from the hotel. Guests are advised to reserve these before arrival. Business travellers are asking to kindly make this known in the special request box. Please note that the lift is located on the first floor and stops between the floors. The credit card used to prepay for your booking has to be presented to the hotel upon arrival.
