If you don’t show up you will be charged the total price. Please inform Highland Heritage in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. For couples with children, a credit card security deposit of Rs 20000/- is required upon arrival. This is to ensure against damage to the expensive art objects in the property. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. POLICY_CHILDREN All children are welcome. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. POLICY_HOTEL_INTERNET WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge. POLICY_HOTEL_PARKING Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).
