Important Information

Late check-in, please enquire first before confirming booking. Please allow enough time for the keys to be collected and the property to be inspected prior to departure. If the keys are lost or not returned on check-out, there will be a replacement fee charged.

For bookings made more than 14 days in advance, a 50% deposit is required to secure the booking and the balance is payable before check-in. The booking will be reserved for 48 hours after which if the deposit has not been paid, the booking will be cancelled.

For bookings made within 14 days of arrival, the full amount will be required to secure the booking.

We accept payment through Paypal on this website. For other payment methods such as eft, cash or secure online credit card payments please select offline payments.

Cancellation is free up to 30 days from arrival. After 30 days up to 15 days prior to arrival, 50% of the booking will be forfeited. Cancellation 14 days prior to arrival, no refunds will be made. Last-minute bookings made 72 hours prior to arrival, 100% booking cost refunded for cancellation within 12 hours of booking, thereafter, no refunds will be made.
