Really interesting decor has given an old building new life, very friendly staff and yes the diner was outstanding.

The hotel has been renovated and looks very nice - we didn’t get to see the rooms, but the bar, diningroom and lounge area were lovely. However, we couldn’t get accommodation in the hotel and stayed in the rondavels, which were in dire need of maintenance and weren’t very clean. R1000.00 per rondavel per night - no dinner or breakfast, was definitely not worth it.
