Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that there is a NZD 4 charge when you pay with a credit card. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Hacienda Motel in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
