Important Information

PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
All cancellations will be subject to an administration fee of 15% of the total booking value.
NO refunds will be granted for early departures, late arrivals, security issues, bad weather or due to interruption of services out of our control (e.g. water, electricity, sanitation, etc.)
1. 100% Payment for bookings made within 30 days of arrival dates.
2. 50% Deposit for bookings made more than 30 days of arrival and to confirm and secure your booking.
3. 100% of balance payment, due 1 week prior to arrival.
4. NO Cheque deposits/payments accepted.
5. NO Diners Club or American Express credit cards.
6. The tariffs quoted, are subject to change, depending on availability at the time of confirming your booking.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS: SELF-CATERING VILLAS
1. All villas are subject to a R500.00 key/breakage & conduct deposit. This deposit is refundable after, check-
out, final housekeeping and inspection of the villa.
2. Check in time: After 15:00, and before 16:00, unless other arrangements have been made.
3. Check out time: Strictly before 09:00. Any check out later than this, will result in an additional charge of
R250.00, deductible from your key/breakage/conduct deposit.
4. Villas come equipped to cater for only the allocated guest per a villa, either 4, 6 or 8. You are expected to
check the inventory of your villa and report any discrepancies. You will be held responsible for any
damages and breakages. Any items found missing or broken will be for your account.
5. Green Fountain Farm Resort will not be held liable for interruptions of services (water, electricity, etc).
6. The resort reserves the right to assign a different villa to the one originally allocated to your under this
booking.
7. NO pets allowed in/around the villas.
8. The resort shall not be responsible for any injury to, or death of any person, or the loss or destruction of,
or damage to any property upon the premises, whether arising from fire, theft or any cause and by
whomsoever caused or arising from negligence (gross or otherwise) or wrongful act of any person in the
employment of the resort. The guest further indemnifies and holds harmless Green Fountain Farm Resort
against any claim.

CONDUCT RULES
1. A person residing at or visiting the resort must not create noise that is likely to interfere with the peaceful
enjoyment of other guests at any time. After 22h00 noise levels must be kept low and after 24h00 no noise
is permitted.
2. A person residing at or visiting the resort must not behave in a manner likely to interfere with the peaceful
enjoyment of other guests.
3. The speed limit within the resort is 10km per hour. This must be carefully obeyed to ensure the safety of
all.
4. No dogs/pets are permitted on the resort.
5. All visitors not legally residing at the resort must leave the premises before 22h00.
6. No fireworks are permitted at any time.
