The second bedroom has two single beds (which may be pushed together to form a king-size bed) and there is a second bathroom with a bath (with overhead shower), toilet and basin. The outdoor undercover patio with sea and lagoon views has a dining area for six with a Weber braai (barbecue). Guests and visitors to guests are to adhere to the rules of the golf estate and unit.

A popular, well run and well maintained, access-controlled estate with immaculately manicured lawns, well cared for gardens and boasting a Gary Player designed 18 hole golf course with clubhouse, a pro shop, driving range, putting green, chipping green a ladies bar and a restaurant.
