Goose Valley M1 is set in the tranquil part of Goose Valley Golf Estate, Plettenberg Bay, bordering on the Keursbooms Lagoon, with access from the N2. This magnificent golf estate offers a splendid Gary Player-designed 72 par, 18 hole signature golf course in the heart of the Garden Route. This unit has direct access to the Keursbooms Lagoon Nature reserve and beach via a pedestrian access gate.

This exclusive free standing level self catering unit boasts views of the Lagoon, mountains and magnificent views of the ocean and 18th fairway and green. This private unit can accommodate 6 people. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, the second bedroom has a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has 2 three-quarter beds which can be joined or separated depending on the guests requirement.

There are two bathrooms, the master bathroom has an en-suite with a toilet, shower and bath and the second bathroom too has a toilet, spacious shower and bath. Both bathrooms are spacious and boast exclusive finishes, including heated towel rails

The fully-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher. The kitchen, lounge and dining room are all open plan. The dining room or sitting area boast magnificent uninterrupted views of the Lagoon and ocean. The flat screen TV in the lounge has DSTV and the unit has uncapped unlimited Wifi. The north facing home has a beautiful garden with a level stretch of grass where guests can braai and enjoy the warm sunshine.

Since this exclusive home is located within a secure Golf Estate, guests also have full use of the swimming pool, tennis courts and squash courts.

Beach: The Gated estate has direct access to the beach and lagoon, with 1km walking distance.

Family friendly: The Estate has tennis courts, squash courts, a large pool area and space for children to run around and ride their bikes.
