You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of NZD 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a 2% charge when you pay with a credit card. You must show a valid credit card upon check in, to cover any incidental charges. Please note the reception hours are: 08:30 until 00:00. If you expect to arrive outside of these hours, please contact the property to receive key safe instructions at least 1 day prior to arrival.
