The fully-equipped kitchen comprises an oven, fridge-freezer, stove, washing machine, kettle, toaster and microwave. The dining area has a dining table with seating for six. The lounge area has a flat-screen TV with a DStv connection. Guests can bring their own decoder and smart card. The living area leads to a balcony with a partial sea view.

There is a communal braai area in the complex and secure parking for two vehicles.
