Glenview is a double-story holiday house situated only one road up from the beach. The house has lovely sea views and easy access to the beach. This spacious and neat house has three double bedrooms upstairs with two full bathrooms; one bathroom is en-suite to the main bedroom. The house sleeps eight guests only. The house consists of a lounge area with DStv, a dining room, a bar with a braai area, a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and a dishwasher, safes upstairs and downstairs, and a downstairs guest toilet. Important Information
Please note:
• No smoking permitted in the house.
• No pets allowed.
• Not wheelchair friendly.
• No over-crowding; the house accommodates eight guests only.
• Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival.
Indemnity:
• Note that a formal indemnity signed by the lessor will be required.
• By entering into a rental agreement and taking temporary residence in the house Glenview (75 Glen
Drive, Zinkwazi Beach, KZN), the Lessee, all family, guests, or visitors who may enter the premises
during the rental period agree that the Lessor, owner, or staff of Glenview shall not be held responsible
for any injury, loss or damage sustained by the Lessee, family, or guests, whether physically or to their
property, whilst staying at Glenview or utilising any of the facilities provided.
• The Lessee and guests agree to repair, and pay for, any damages that may occur during
their stay. They agree to inform the Lessor immediately of any damages not rectified, so as to not
inconvenience any subsequent guests.
