You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Our reception is open daily from 07:00 to 20:00. Late check-in is possible if you inform us beforehand. We will then arrange access for you via an electronic door opening system. You will receive your access code one day before arrival. Please note that for bookings that are made on the day of arrival, we need to be informed about your late check-in before 17:00. Please note that payment is generally cash or German EC-card on arrival. German business customers wishing to pay by company invoice must provide a declaration that their company accepts the costs. POLICY_CHILDREN All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge for children's cots/cribs. All children from 3 to 11 years are charged EUR 18 per person per night for extra beds. All children from 12 to 15 years are charged EUR 25 per person per night for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged EUR 38 per person per night for extra beds. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
