Apparently the third party mistakenly booked the hotel on a different name and my name could not appear on the hotel system. Although they acknowledged that the reference number on my booking confirmation does indicate a payment made for the same date they chose to simply dismissed me and were not interested in investigating the issue. it was so frustrating until a security intervened who then approached the manager and only then was i assisted.this happened 3 hours later!
