Important Information
1. We are a Hydro Spa & Healing Centre. In light of that we have a strict NO NOISE policy. Guests are here to RELAX and HEAL. We will ask you to leave should you decide to NOT honour that. You will also forfeit any additional days you have paid for. Absolutely NO PARTIES and NO VISITORS allowed! No noise that would disturb the other guests
2. Our cleaning fee EXCLUDES dirty dishes, food or trash left out. If you wish to have a Housekeeper come to clean for you, she is available for an additional charge of R300 per day. Please make arrangements in advance.
3. A copy of our house rules and relevant information is posted inside each room along with the Wi-Fi password. Please read them carefully.
4. We are a NON-SMOKING facility. Smoking is only allowed in the fire pit area close to the driveway. We will retain your deposit should you smoke in our rooms.
5. There is a REFUNDABLE Key and Breakage DEPOSIT of R500 per room booked. It is collected at the time of check in and is payable in cash or via EFT. It will be refunded - pending inspection - at the checkout.
6.Check out is by 10am. Should you require a late checkout please enquire beforehand. Please note there may be a charge if it is after 12 noon. If we are unable to accommodate your request you are welcome to store your luggage with us and pick it up later.
7. Any and ALL damages will need to be paid by you should it exceed the R500 deposit by EFT or CASH.
