Important Information

There is a breakage deposit payable of R1600, of which R100 is banking/admin charges. R1500 will be refunded to you five working days from the day you check out, and after an inspection of the property. Should there be no damages or losses, the breakage deposit will be refunded to you.

There is a cleaning fee of R650 payable in cash on arrival (this will cover the book out clean); if guests would like cleaning during their stay, that will be charged at R300 per day.

You will be required to complete and sign a short term leas agreement, and we require a copy of the guests' ID and full banking details (for the refund of the breakage deposit).

★★★★★ Definately get rid of the camera, it is intrusive or advise your customers beforehand that it is there, thereby giving one a choice. Also, the cost of the cleaning was ridiculous, we have traveled across the province(s) and have NEVER paid such an exorbitant amount.
