About Four Seasons 1208

DBL Sleeper couch in lounge suitable for kids u/12yrs ONLY.
The Four Seasons is a modern holiday apartment complex, situated within walking distance of the Castle of Good Hope and Parliament, offering beautiful city and harbour views.

Four Seasons has a rooftop pool deck, a gymnasium, and an entertainment area with 360-degree views of the Mother City and Table Mountain. The complex is secure with 24-hour manned access, and secure parking.

We would like to inform you of the swimming pool revamp that has been approved and Seagull Water Treatment has been appointed as the contractor. The start date for the project is the 4th of April (weather permitted) and the pool will not be accessible for the duration of the revamp.
Unfortunately the contractor has already started preparing the pool to be drained so no one will be able to use it until the revamp is complete.

Covid Safety Approved: The property implements enhanced cleaning and guest safety measures. The property is professionally cleaned with disinfectant. Contact-less check-in/check-out is available? The property is kept vacant for a period of 24 hours between guests?

– Check-in time is from 14:00 (2pm) onwards on the day of arrival. All guests are to be met in person to complete check-in process. For check-in outside of office hours on weekdays, and after 18:00 (6pm) during weekends a fee of R300 is payable on arrival before keys can be handed over.
– Check-out time is 10:00 (10am) on the day of departure. Penalty fee of R150 / hour for late check-out (without prior arrangement).

★★★★★ They should improve the issue of R1000 to be paid for security upfront. I travel to different hotels which are better than Four Seasons & we are not requested to pay such money. It was my 1st experience & I was NOT HAPPY at all. I hope to receive my R1000 back
