Imagine walking in the serene wilderness of Agulhas. At Flip-Flops guests can unwind and feel at ease during their stay in this quiet and quaint town.The house accommodates four guests in two bedrooms; both fitted with a double bed. Guests share a bathroom with a shower. There is a sleeper couch that can be used for 2 children. Please let us know before the time, so that we can supply you with bedding for the children.The kitchen is ideal for self-catering and guests can dine at the wooden dining table and chairs. Important Information
Booking administration fee of R25 must be added to the deposit.
Deposit must be paid within 48 hours.
No booking will be confirmed unless the full deposit amount has been cleared by the bank.
Please pay electronically via EFT as bank charges will apply if you pay cash over the counter or at an ATM.
Either EFT over internet or make electronic payment inside your bank into the given bank account.
Do not make a cash deposit at the ATM. You will then also be liable for the bank charges.
You will take full responsibility for all breakages, damages or losses during your period of rent, whether by occupants or your guests.
You use the premises and all equipment at your own risk and I will not hold the home owners responsible for any losses or damages during your stay.
You further understand that if you exceed the permitted number of tenants (children included), or cause a disturbance by having loud parties, you will be required to vacate the property immediately!
No loud parties are allowed.
No 21'st or matric parties aloud.
Only permitted number of people (children included) are allowed per property.
If you exceed this number, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
