Camps in Masai Mara:
The campsite is situated on the eastern edge of the Masai Mara, close to the Olooliamutia gate. It boasts spectacular views out over the savannah and rolling hills. Set in a small clearing surrounded by the African bush, where you often come across Zebra, Impala and Dik Dik. The camp gives you the feeling of a real African adventure combined with a few home comforts.
As well as the well-appointed en-suite accommodation the camp has a small dining area, where you will be served delicious meals, prepared by our resident chef and a bar where you can buy cold drinks after when you return from a long, hot day in the reserve.
All our tents are clean, comfortable and spacious, accommodating up to three people. The beds all have mosquito nets, soap and towels are also provided. They all have en-suite facilities with flush toilets, hot water, and electricity which is Solar powered, so is available 24 hours. There is a double socket in each tent for charging batteries and phones.
Fisi Camp is a small, family-run tented campsite, offering budget camping but with the luxury of en-suite facilities, including flush toilets, hot water for the shower and electricity. All tents have a 6 ft veranda where you can relax with a sundowner before taking dinner.
Sleeping under canvas in the African bush is an experience that is possible even for the budget-minded traveler, with comforts that you do not have when camping. Each walk-in permanent safari tent has either twin single beds or one double bed, along with en suite bathroom with hot shower, washbasin and flush toilet. The front patio is an ideal spot for a tranquil break and giving into the peacefulness of the bush.
After dinner, you can sit around the campfire, swapping stories and experiences with other guests or simply stay in the dining area and enjoy a drink from the bar. Each tent can accommodate 2/3 people with a choice of double, twin or triple. We cater for both individuals and large groups. At Fisi Camp, you will always be sure of a warm welcome and personal attention. We hope to make your stay with us a memorable one.
Fisi Camp provides security guards who watch the camp's perimeter. Fisi Camp is a kilometer drive to the Maasai Mara Game Reserve, the Oloolaimutia Gate and a 7 km drive to the Sekenani Gate.
