Definitely the music in the common areas, inappropriate choice and far too loud for a nature heritage resort. Very bad musty smoke smell in the room and passages, I opened all the windows and the smell improved so it seems that the areas are never aired. The brick paving on the porch needs cleaning. Baring this, the room was good.
