Simon's Town is steeped in naval and cultural history and thus well worth exploring. Simon's Town also offers a good variety of restaurants and coffee shops, as well as antique and craft shops. Cape Point Nature Reserve and Cape of Good Hope are a 15 minute drive away, whilst Cape Town is a scenic 40 minute drive False Bay Lodge is rated four star, self-catering accommodation by the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa. This grading is audited annually.

The accommodation has its own entrance and includes two well-appointed bedrooms upstairs, both of which are en-suite. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are a good size, one room has a king-size bed with pocket springs and shower and the other with twin beds and bath. Fresh linen and beach towels are provided.

Downstairs is an open plan living area, including lounge, dining area and fully fitted kitchen, which opens up onto the pool area and all of which enjoy a magnificent sea view. There is a large, modern television in the living area connected to satellite television/DStv, as well as a DVD player.

Internet access is available and the barbecue facilities include a large weber braai and six-seater outdoor table and chairs. Charcoal and firelighters are provided. Secure parking is available for one vehicle in a remote controlled garage and which has the added convenience of its own entrance into your accommodation.

We have a generator connected to our house which keeps you connected in the event of a power shortage, for your convenience.
