Important Information

1. Unless otherwise agreed, keys are to be collected on arrival and returned on departure to 12 Landdrostkop Drive Erinvale Estate, Somerset West.
2. This is a non-smoking house.
3. No pets are permitted on the premises unless pre-agreed.
4. The guests undertake to keep the property and its contents in good order and to make good any losses and/or damages.
5. Guests are to abide by the house rules and secure the premises thoroughly on departure.
6. The breakage deposit will be refunded after all relevant accounts have been paid, i.e. telephone account, maid service, breakages etc.
7. Guests are to provide their own beach towels.
8. The lessor will provide a cleaning service at a cost of R300.00 after departure and will offset the cost thereof against the breakage deposit.
9. It is acknowledged that the Lessor has described the accommodation to the tenant and that the tenant has the right to check the accommodation prior to making the booking. There will therefore be no grounds for cancellation on arrival.
10. The guest indemnifies the owner against any loss or any claims whatsoever relating to the occupation of the premises.
11. Failure to comply with terms of payment can result in the cancellation of the reservation and in the forfeiture of the deposit.
12. Rental deposits will be dealt with in accordance with Safari Now’s terms.
13. Erinvale Home Owners Association and Erinvale Golf Club rules to be adhered to at all times. The HOA requires certain security related documentation to be completed before they will grant access to the estate and guests agree to provide identity documents prior to arrival.
14. Tee-off times are subject to availability and guests are to arrange their own bookings.
